Get your partner, set up your station, and warm up all of all the movements.

This workout takes 22 minutes.

Workout:

6 min AMRAP x 3

For each of the following, partners will alternate complete rounds.
6 HSPU
6  Pull-Ups, (5 CTB)
Rest 2 minutes, and then…
6 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
6 Hand Release Push Ups
Rest 2 minutes, and then…
6 Power Snatches (75/55)
6 Toes to Bar
